Begin the year by thinking of ways to be helpful and caring and make a calendar to be a charming little home for Fruit Salad the Convent Cat. Add ideas and actions that can make a positive difference each month in the year of 2021.

Kids will construct a twelve-month calendar home for Fruit Salad the Convent Cat.  Using the fun imagery from the new Kids@Adderton children’s guidebook, Fruit Salad, the adventurous tales of a Convent Cat and up-cycled materials.

Each house will have doors and windows, to be opened in the twelve months of the year to reveal a simple act of helpfulness and caring for kids to share with their family and friends.

Artist and educator, Chrissy Foreman, will facilitate the workshops designed for children aged five to eight and eight to twelve.

All Kids@Adderton programs follow COVID-safe event guidelines.  There will be a maximum of 10 children participating in each 60-to-90-minute session.
