Home-based activity
30 to 60 minutes
Suitable for: 6 years and over (adult assistance may be required)

Make your own Rachel Burke inspired pom-pom at home and add it to a  Virtual Wonderwall!!

Adderton: house & heart of mercy has re-envisioned its community Wonderwall to allow children and adults to engage with it from the comfort of their home while they are unable to visit in person.

Now is a great time to be thinking and talking about hopes and planned actions for a better tomorrow for our community and to spread a little hope and inspiration by adding to the Virtual Wonderwall.

Using the very easy to follow online instructions, children and adults wrap and wind wool to make a fluffy pom while taking the time to wonder about how small actions can make a very big difference to our communities and the world.

Your pom and message can then be shared on Instagram with the hashtag #virtualwonderall and by tagging @addertonbrisbane on the image.

This activity can be completed using materials in the home or you can order a Wonder-filled Pom-Pom activity kit to be delivered to your home or to a friend or family member.
