Adderton: house & heart of mercy
Adderton is a unique, values-driven cultural space for the community to explore just and merciful responses to contemporary social issues.
TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO VISITORS
Adderton: house & heart of mercy is temporarily closed to visitors as of 18 March 2020 during this time of recommended social distancing due to COVID-19. We look forward to welcoming visitors back to Adderton in due course.
Thank you for your interest in Adderton: house & heart of mercy’s exhibitions, programs and events. We wish you and your loved ones all the best during this trying time. Our thoughts are also with the most vulnerable in our community and how best to support them as we are all impacted by this global issue.

In the words of Catherine McAuley, “Let us take one day only in hand, at a time, merely making a resolve for tomorrow, thus we may hope to get on taking short, careful steps, not great strides”.
